பள்ளி கல்விக் கட்டணம் ---

 பள்ளிகளில் கட்டணம் அதிகமாக வசூலிக்கபடுகிறது என்றும் அவற்றை சீரமைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் முடிவு செய்து முதலில் கோவிந்தராஜன் கமிட்டி அமைக்கப்பட்டது. அந்த கமிட்டி அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்து பள்ளிகளின் தரத்தினை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு பிரித்து கட்டணம் நிர்ணயம் செய்தது. இதனை எதிர்த்து பள்ளி நிறுவனகள் நீதிமன்றம் சென்று, இந்த கமிட்டி தரத்தினை நிர்ணயம் செய்ய போதுமான சான்றுகளையோ, நேரிடையாக பார்வையிடவோ இல்லை ஆகவே, இந்த கமிட்டி நிர்ணயம் செய்த கட்டணத்திற்கு தடை கோரியதன் அடிப்படையில் நீதிமன்றம் பள்ளிகள் கடந்த ஆண்டு வசூலித்த கட்டணத்தையே பெற வேண்டும் அதைவிட கூடுதலாக பெற்ற தொகையினை பிணையாக (deposit ) வைத்து இறுதி தீர்பிற்கு பிறகு அதற்கேட்ட்ரர் போல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றது. இந்நிலையில்   கோவிந்தராஜன் கமிட்டி மத்திய அரசின் பள்ளியான கேந்திரிய வித்யாலயவிற்கு எப்படி கட்டணம் நிர்ணயித்தது என்றும் பல்வேறு பிரச்சனைகளாலும் அவர் விலகி தற்போது இரவிராஜபான்டியன் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் அந்த கமிட்டி செயல்படுகிறது. இதற்கிடையில்  கோவிந்தராஜன் கமிட்டி கமிட்டி நிர்ணயித்த கட்டணம் செல்லும் என்று உச்சநீதிமன்றம் தீர்பளித்து உள்ளது.

அரசு, பெற்றோர் வாக்குகளும் வேண்டும் அதே நேரத்தில் பதவியில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு பள்ளி நிறுவனகளிடமிருந்து நிதி ஆதாரமும் வேண்டும், என்பதால் முதலில் வாக்குகளுக்காக கட்டணம் சீரமைக்க கமிட்டி  போட்டது , அதில் எழுந்த பிரச்சனைகளால் செய்வது அறியாமல் திகைத்து இப்போது நீதிமன்றம் இருக்கும் திசை நோக்கி கையினை காட்டுகிறது.

பெற்றோர்கள் பள்ளிகள் நியாயமான  கட்டணம் வசூல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கோருவது நியாயம் தான் ஆனால் ,  அவர்கள், நியாயமாக நடந்து  கொள்கிறார்களா   என்று எண்ணி பார்க்க வேண்டும். எந்த பள்ளி நிர்வாகமும் அவர்களை தங்கள் பள்ளியில் கண்டிப்பாக அவர்கள் பிள்ளையினை சேர்க்க வேண்டுவதில்லை. பெற்றோர் தான் அந்த பள்ளியில் படித்தால் ஆங்கிலம் நன்றாக பேசலாம், பொது தேர்வில் நிறைய மதிப்பெண் பெறலாம், அங்கு நீச்சல் குளம் உள்ளது அங்கு பெரிய மனிதர்கள் பிள்ளைகள் படிகிறார்கள் என்றெல்லாம் சிலேகித்து அந்த பள்ளிகளில் சேர்கிறார்கள்.அவர்கள் பிள்ளைகள் சுற்று சூழலினை தூய்மையாக  வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும் என நினைப்பதில்லை எதிலும் நியாயமாக, நேர்மையாக நடக்க வேண்டும் என சொல்லி தருவதில்லை, ஆனால் படித்து நன்றாக சம்பாதிக்க வேண்டும் அதுவும் எப்படிவேண்டுமானாலும் சம்பாதிக்க வேண்டும் என்கிற நோக்கோடு இது போன்ற பள்ளிகளில் சேர்க்க விரும்புகிறார்கள்.  

பள்ளிகளில் இவர்களிடம் அதிக கட்டணம் வாங்குவது எப்படி தவறோ அதே  போல் இவர்கள் பேராசையும் தவறே. இன்னும் ஓர் வேடிக்கை வினோதம் என்னவென்றால் பள்ளிகளில் கட்டணம் அதிகம், சமுக விரோதம் என போராடும் இந்த பெற்றோரில் பலர் இந்த பிள்ளைகள் பள்ளி இறுதி தேர்வில் மதிப்பெண் குறைவாக பெற்றால், கல்லூரியில் சேர capitation  fees  அதாவது நன்கொடை என்கிற பெயரில் லஞ்சம் கொடுத்து இடம் பெரும் அவலத்தினை அரங்கேற்றுவார்கள். 

சரி அப்படியென்றால் பள்ளிகள் செய்வது சரியா?. பள்ளிகளில் அடிப்படை வசதிகளை செய்து, தகுதியான ஆசிரியர்களை நியமனம் செய்து வாங்கும் கட்டண தொகையினை முறையாக பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். நியாயமான வருமானம் போதும் என்றும், எதிர்கால  சமுதாயத்தினை உருவாக்கும் இவர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு சேவை மனப்பான்மை வளர வழி காட்ட வேண்டுமே தவிர, அவர்களிடத்தில் பணத்தினை அடித்து பிடுங்கி எதிர்காலத்தில் அந்த பிள்ளைகள் கறவை மானபாங்கினை  பெற கூடாது.

அரசும் அது நடத்த கூடாதது  மதுக்கடை , நடத்த வேண்டியது பள்ளிகள் என்பதை உணர வேண்டும். குறைந்தபட்சம் அணைத்து பள்ளிகளையும் ஆய்வு செய்து முறைபடுத்த வேண்டும். வாக்குகளுக்கு அரசு நடத்தினால் அவர்கள் பொருளாதாரம் உயரலாம், ஆனால் அவர்கள் வாழ்க்கையினை வரலாறு ஆதாரம் இன்றி அழித்துவிடும்.

Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it.He held it up for all to see & asked the students

"How much do you think this glass weighs?"

'50gms!' ..... '100gms!' .....'125gms' ...the students answered.

"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, "but, my question is:

 What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?"

 'Nothing' …..the students said.

'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?' the professor asked.

 'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the student

"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"

 "Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!"
….. ventured another student & all the students laughed

 "Very good."

But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?"asked the professor.

 'No'…. Was the answer.

"Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?"

 The students were puzzled.

 "What should I do now to come out of pain?" asked professor again.

"Put the glass down!" said one of the students

"Exactly!" said the professor.

Life's problems are something like this.

Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.

Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.

Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.

It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life,

But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to 'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day

before You go to sleep..

That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue,

any challenges that comes your way.

So, when you leave office today,

ALPHA AND Mrs. GRACE, THE INSTITUTIONS.

Its not that all are gifted to visit the school which had nurtured them and the teachers who where instrumental in shaping the great life we are enjoying, I am proud that i had that great oppurtunity. I had been to my school ALPHA MATRICULATION, i had been there as a student before but now as a guest. The most astonshing and wonder is the systematic, splendid and secure activities executed by the Chairperson Madam Mrs.GRACE of not just ALPHA SCHOOL but ALPHA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS. She is one of the few outstanding female personalities in the nation, and to my personal opinion her service has to recieve more social acknowledgement, my this post is just a very very small effort to show my thanks as a student and my admiration as a human for another WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING.

போக்குவரத்து அறிவும் பொது மக்களும்

சென்னையில் மக்கள் சாலையில் நடத்தும் கொடுமைகளுக்கு அளவே இல்லாமல் போயிற்று. அரசாங்கம் சரியாக செயல்படவேண்டும் என்றும் , வாழ்வின் அணைத்து தேவைகளும் முறையாக பெற வேண்டும் என்பதிலும் உறுதியாக இருக்கும் மக்கள் பொது இடங்களிலும் சாலையிலும் முறையாக நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதில் மட்டும் விலகி நிற்கின்றனர். மேலை நாடுகளில் போக்குவரத்தும் , சாலைகளும் சிறப்புற இருபதற்கு அங்கு இருக்கும் அரசு காரணம் அல்ல மக்கள் தன காரணம் என்பதை உணர வேண்டும். இதில் கொடுமை என்னவென்றால் மேலை நாடுகள் எல்லாம் சென்று திரும்பியவர்கள் குட மறுபடியும் நம் தாய் நாடு வந்த பின் இங்கு உள்ளவர்கள் போலவே விதிகளை மேரி நடக்கின்றனர். தனி மனித ஒழுக்கம் கடைபிடித்தால் மட்டுமே சமூக ஒழுக்கம் வளரும் என்பதை நாம் உணர்வோம். இருக்கும் விதிகளை கடை பிடிப்போம் இந்திய நாட்டின் விதியினை மாற்றுவோம்.

THE GOD, MAN AND GODMEN

Its really annoying for the fact that Godmen in the country have consistently proved that its not worth heading towards them. The latest Nityananda's famous quote was "KADHAVAI THIRANGAL, KAATRU VAARUM " meaning "OPEN YOUR DOORS THE BREEZE WILL FLOW". But for him when his doors where opened we could just come to know about his true colours. People who generally flock to such Godmen are only those who are economically very sound but socially they don't have any holding. My sincere request to such people, don't search your peace in Godmen but when u serve the poor U people will be seen as the God, and that's what quoted ARINGAR ANNA "EZHAIYIN SIRRIPIL IRAIVANAI KAANPOOM". And I would further say "ORU EZHAIYAI SIRRIKA VAIYUNGAL UNGALAI IRAIVANAI AVAN KAANPAN, YEN NEENGALE IRAIVANAI UNARVEERGAL "
